Initial appointment
Please note the initial appointment will take approximately 1 1/2 hours.
The appointment will include:
-signing the consent form
-going over a health history
-foot assessment
-foot care treatment
regular Clinic per session
(approximately 1 hour)
mobile service per session
Service provided in the comfort of your own home.
-Initial assessment + foot care (1 1/2 hours)
-Follow up foot care appointments (1 hour)

Yes. Receipts will be given after each appointment.
You may be eligible for extended health care benefit coverage. Contact your provider to see if you have coverage.
If you are a Veteran, check with the DVA to see if you're eligible for foot care.
Keep your receipts and submit them when you submit your income tax. Foot care is eligible for a Health Care income tax deduction.
